The Undead Blog
Here
is where the magic happens. Remember
when Westley died? Well he is known to
be “sort of dead”, bot “mostly dead”, which suggests Westley can be brought
back to life with ease, in miracle it self’s hands.
Miracle
itself, disguised as an old coot, a grumpy one, called Max. Max has brought miracles, in return for
credibility and wealth; however, a simple failure sunk Max’s Titanic. As you see, it cannot be characterized as simple
mistake; it is a failure that intertwines with the Royal Family. And so, when Ingo and Fezzik asked for a
Miracle, the man of miracle refused.
Is
this how it ends? No, no, no… I still
see a few pages left. But what can Ingo,
Fezzik, a dead hero, and a Princess who has swallowed a timed bomb can
change? “Tr. . . ooooo . . . luv . . .” Yes, true love. Wait… why do the words sound so fuzzy and
disorientated? Of course it will. After all, it is the voice of Westely’s soul
gaining on his decaying body.
“Even
miracle takes a little time.” The quote
from Disney’s Classic-Cinderella portrays
the perfect twin situation of this section of the story. That is a crime. It should be…to leave readers on the
edge. Why would authors do such evil
deeds? It is a hook after all, and I can
taste the metal with my tongue; I can feel the agony of waiting for a
resolution. Hours after hours, pages
after pages; just like a parallel universe, were time ticks as I slowly walk to
the rear, were time ticks as Fezzik holds the hardened body of a once fearsome enemy, were Ingo awaits for a
miracle … tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock…
He
is back, Westley is back. The game
starts now…as the clock slowly twists its hands (ouch), it is 5:25, minutes
before the planed murder of Buttercup.
